My name is Lynnsey Russell and I am proud to serve as the school counselor at Webb Elementary School. I have spent the past 13 years in education as an elementary teacher and guidance counselor. As a product of Houston County Schools, it is especially meaningful to have the opportunity to give back to the community that helped shape me.
My goal is to encourage students to believe in themselves, develop confidence, and learn the skills they need to be successful both in and out of the classroom. I strive to remind students that they are capable of great things and that every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow.
Outside of school, I am married and the proud mother of two daughters. I love making memories with my family, watching my girls try new things, and going on adventures together. In my free time, I enjoy listening to worship music, watching movies, shopping, and spending time at the beach.
I am excited to partner with students, families, and staff to create a positive and supportive school environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to reach their full potential.
